Suicide rate in Japan and Zonjineko

Note: This article is a translation free this page, I'm not author.

seppuku suicide

32.155 people committed suicide in Japan (according to the Mainichi Daily News ) in 2006, un1, 2% less than in 2005. Surprisingly, most suicides were by the elderly. Nearly all of suicides were committed by people 50 and older, so that the rate increases with age.

This coincides with a declaration which states that the fertility rate in Japan has increased to 1.32 babies per woman, ie, increased 0.6 points. I'll let interpretéis this as you want. Not see me being involved in these discussions.

One part of this study is very important, is the number of older people who have committed suicide compared with the least number of teenagers (and children) who have committed suicide. I think Americans have this image that they believe that all adolescents, hatching from hell for the entrance exams to college, can not stand it and run to the nearest train station to jump on the train tracks (the which is something that most do, since the family of the victim has to pay a large sum of money to clean the body)

In Cambodia, are the elderly who are more suicide. Studies suggest that this happens because of health problems, but I have another theory. Recently, the concept of "family structure of the elderly" in Japan has been subsiding, and the elderly are set in their own home with increasing frequency. This is difficult to accept from the people who belong to that generation, as always in his life had taught them that they should take care of their parents (which is a good idea) Now they are being marginalized, and have stopped thinking that are useful to society (not able to care for their grandchildren, but there are those who do not even have)

However, suicide remains a problem in Japan (Not surprisingly), and it seems that things will improve. Even the current generation of youth, when I get older, continue to play this suicide rate. Right now the Japanese company has two different blocks of thought collide, and until they stop crashing, you will not see that the suicide rate decreases, as it does so will the rate of suicide among adolescents / children, although it will be a process longer. There are, however, a lot of sections on this topic, so you can discuss. I almost have touched most topics related to the suicide rate in Japan.

Tofugu

had created a new blogger in sporadic thought translations include a couple of my favorite references in English about Japanese culture is concerned.

But considering that it is difficult to maintain a blog, I prefer to merge everything and include here the few post I came to publish on the other blog.
Basically, all this is to keep me entertained. purpose is not to translate the entire web just the items I may find interesting. Not that this is just a crack in the translations ... so I apologize in advance
XD By the way I practice, because one of the things I like to work is in translation, but for now will remain in hobby hehe
What I do is include the source page each item. Each time you publish the translation of an article on the front lines let you know that all the opinions that appear here are mine, but translations of another author. If you ever get a personal note, I will add at the end of the article.
I hope you enjoy.

What Does Jelly Bracelets Mean

Everything could have been you and me if we had not been you and me surprised again

A curious book has not left me indifferent. I recommended it and just when I bought my uncle told me that the end was a little bad ... but I thought I did not. course the argument is what makes the book great. It is a rather simple argument mixed with some element of science fiction (ET) and fantasy ...
I think the title may lead misleading, it may seem pastelon or romantic or anything, but it is not. Rather it is a set of reflections with a small argument on the merits that the spins, but it's no love story. And are those little thoughts that make the book especially, because they are curious to ores and simple ... think how I had never raised?
As I read I realized that the style was very familiar ... And in the end fell into the author-Albert Espinosa, had been an actor in a romantic comedy movie , and then I was informed and also writer and director. Indeed, the film has much to do with the book, beyond style.
The end of the book does not upset me .. perhaps because the author gave too much free rein to the imagination, but what was I really was not attentive to the argument itself, as I said.

Metal Coregreen And Black Scooter Weels

Internet

I found a new page where you gather videos of lectures (type documentary but without turning it) on various topics, and also much more interesting from my point of view, that a normal documentary . They talk in English, but can be configured to display subtitles in English http://www.ted.com/

By the way, now that I've set my GReader (very useful tool for who have Gmail account with which they can be continually aware of the updates from blogs to follow) I've heard of a new interface that has launched Youtube.

one hand seems to have changed the mobile interface, and on the other side has created a way to see market New videos in stopping. It Leanback Youtube.

mode is VERY easy to use. Do not use the mouse but the keyboard (enter and directional arrows) with the arrows you can navigate through the different channels and video controls. also if you press the right arrow (research controls for yourself that I do not remember which arrows were) you can find videos on youtube search by inserting the words instead of searching through the channels. What little I've tried really liked me, but I read something on the network that this version will also incorporate advertising Youtube: /

Videos shown are taken from our feed made with respect to our tastes. On the other side you can also access a default channels and additional rented where we view content. (Service not yet available)

A more accurate view of mine that I left a gift on the blog Luisma:
If one were driven by fate, it would mean any of our actions would be valid, because everything "would already be written." So how much would be responsible our actions? or how far we would be truly free? To me it's my destiny it seems a cop-out, not to accept things and not fight for our own
Curiously, say that I asked my father about fate, and he felt that did exist, but all he could think of arguing as evidence is the passage from the Bible in which Christ Precide Peter denied three times before dawn. .. (We run a stupid veil)
And here
get my ramblings =)

Finally, saying that the book is If I do not wake the best of young adult literature I've read this year. A plus is that it is autoconclusivos (I was already up enooormes sagas). And then there's the story, full of realism, drama, "fantasiosimo" ... many isms. "The best part? The evolution of the main character, of course. In the first chapter I wanted to kill him, closing the book and return it, (the beginning is a very repellent) but as the story progresses, you understand the situation a bit ... Anyway, you read it, it's worth.

Silverado With Rockstar Wheels

Ramblings Reflections and new books

This past weekend I went to the beach. Best of all, it was not the beach, but the journey. Not for the scenery, but by the amount of free time I've had along the way to think and reflect on things that I had never questioned.
I cleared my mind enough, but now I have some that are a bit blurry and such. But at least I have many more clear and evident. I've done things not very good. As the majority. Some of the repeat. Other regrets. And some do not regret me repeat them, because they have a value of experience would not change anything.
I also realized how dangerous it is to have things so unclear as I had. It was as if a real self and I reflected, and did not know which is which. As if the day had shade.
I said that there are still some things I have not been resolved, which have remained in doubt, for a review later, but many others I have resolved. But then everything will be subject to change course. Because I do believe that people change. I also think there are times when it seems to change but not change, but hide certain things that you discover only when you know the person well
In my life there has always been someone I have admired and followed. Always a bit idealized. It was in those people you see great virtues in which arrested the eye. When further knew the same people, came to light also the shortcomings, or perhaps simply changed and were no longer as they were, but I think it is not the case. However, the virtues were still there, and the affection he had to them also. Only once someone thought I saw a number of virtues in the end were a hoax do you ever gone? How to distinguish these people?
is a problem I've stopped people idealize that. It makes no sense. There will never be nobody's perfect. The virtues will always be there despite the flaws, and defect may decrease even though I do not think never get away from everything.
And I do not know what this is all about. Is that I start with a theme and I mess with another and so on indefinitely ... has its point of fun, really.

leaving that aside, I've read the book by Haruki Murakami, that of Lewis Carroll, the Javier Ruescas and the last of Meyer. Roughly speaking, without going into details, it's too late: Murakami great, Lewis Carroll also, Javier Ruescas decepecionado me a bit and really exciting Meyer.
To end this post, I present a book that will purchase three days and I started to read and part of having a great painting, the first 100 pages are engaging me a lot.
