DECREE 127/2001 of 5 June on security measures at the playgrounds.

Article 1. Object.

Article 3. Definition.

Article 4. Location.
Playgrounds must be properly separated from road traffic, either by a minimum distance of thirty meters or through

Article 5. Users. 1. The playgrounds will be accessible for children with disabilities, as provided in Article 49 of Law 1 / 1999 of March 31, caring for people with disabilities in Spain. 2. The playgrounds may have areas game reserved for children within various age groups.

Article 6. Security in the playing.
